What is a health coach?
I’m a certified nutrition health coach, which means I successfully completed a rigorous training program through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and studied under some of the best nutrition and wellness experts in the world. As a health coach, we will work together to create a customized, individual wellness program to fit your needs because better nutrition is not a ‘one size fits all’ approach. These changes are a form of self-respect, not punishment.
I will be your ‘guide on the side’ and biggest advocate for better living. I will coach and encourage you and keep you accountable for the goals that you set for yourself. I will provide you with resources about nutrition and exercise plans, and will help you create new habits for a better, healthier you. You will find a food peace and balance.
Why Learn New Habits?
What eating or exercise habits have you wanted to change? How long have you wanted to change them? Changes don’t happen overnight, so it takes some time and consistency to develop new habits. During each session, we will work on identifying and creating new patterns that will disrupt your old routine and replace it with sustainable, new habits.
