A recovering news journalist:

I’ve been writing about health and wellness for my entire professional career. I started as a TV medical/health reporter and producer and later transitioned into public relations and marketing for healthcare professionals. If there’s one thing I’ve learned in these 25+ years of working with different medical specialties, it’s that so much illness we see around us is completely preventable.  And the good news is, it’s never too late to make changes that could completely transform your life.

But we live in a very nutritionally confusing world with endless online information. So how do you know what the right path is for you?

For years, I suffered from intestinal issues, bad skin, and tried far too many diets that only worked temporarily. It wasn’t until I finally learned that there’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all nutrition plan that I was able to put together a healthy, sustainable lifestyle for me. And I’m excited to share that knowledge and new habits with you.
